Hair Xtacy - Covid 19 Illness Prevention Policy

As we closely monitor the COVID-19 situation across the GTA, we want you to know that your health and safety is our top priority at Hair Xtacy. We are following local, provincial, and Health Canada recommendations as they become available. We realize that the situation is fluid and our policies and procedures will be updated to reflect the most up-to-date information available.

Here are the additional steps that we're taking:

• We already perform scheduled and thorough cleaning of our salon , but have added additional measures to clean all of our equipment, surfaces, common areas, and restrooms with appropriate cleaning supplies.
• All our staff are washing their hands according to Health Canada guidelines.
• We will temporarily discontinue our complimentary beverage/snack stations to better protect you.
• We will temporarily remove magazines from our waiting area.
• We're adjusting our services to allow for recommended social distancing by alternating chairs and encouraging our guests to not sit closely together. As well as adding time in between appointments to clean our stations.
• We're taking the temperatures of our staff daily to ensure that we are healthy and able to best serve you.
